1.The using of cone crusher.
Cone crusher is widely applied for primary crushing of many kinds of mining and rock, metallurgical, construction, road building, chemical and phosphatic industry. It is suitable for hard and mid-hard rocks and ores, such as iron ores, copper ores, limestone, quartz, granite, gritstone, etc. Resistance strength is under 350Mpa.
2.Main structure of cone crusher.
Cone crusher main structure include the frame, the horizontal axis, moving cone, balancing wheels, eccentric, on the broken wall (fixed cone), the next broken wall (dynamic cone), fluid couplings, lubrication systems, hydraulic systems, control systems, etc.
3.Working principle of cone crusher.
Driven by the electric-motor, the eccentric shaft bush will rotate with the triangle belt, small and big bevel gear, big bear, transmission shaft .Driven by the eccentric shaft bush, the cone crusher axis will move circlely, which makes the mantle close or leave the cone from time to time .And then the materials will be crushed by continously compacting, striking, and crooking in the circle crushing cavity between the fixed and moveable cone. After several times’ repeating, the materials will be crushed to the required size and then they will be discharged by the discharging opening.
4.The kinds of cone crusher.
